Hi, I’m Misty Creaghe — The Metabolic Energy Coach, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology.
But more than any title, I’m a woman who has lived the exhaustion so many moms silently carry every day.
As a woman who has juggled work, family, stress, health struggles, and the pressure to keep showing up no matter how depleted I felt, I know what it’s like to run on caffeine, survival mode, and pure determination. I know what it feels like to crash at 3 p.m., lie awake at 2 a.m., feel guilty for being short with your family, and wonder why your body can’t seem to keep up anymore.
As a woman who has walked through digestive issues, chronic stress, hormone struggles, and burnout, I also know what it feels like to be told everything looks “fine” while your body is screaming for support.
That is why this mission is so personal to me.
It’s my mission to make sure exhausted moms have someone in their corner who truly understands what they are going through — someone who knows life can get better, but also knows healing isn’t always linear. Someone who is there when life gets hard, stress spikes, schedules fall apart, and old patterns try to creep back in.
